Welcome to the "NEW Norm" of Line Dancing During COVID-19 and the Summer of 2020.
With permission from the Mayor of Brampton and the Director of By-law, New Age Country Entertainment and The Keltic Rock are pleased to present our typical Monday Night Line Dancing there but with a twist.
Every Monday Night starting Monday June 29th, 2020 we will offer sessions including Open Dance, Lessons, and a combination. Please ensure when booking that you pay attention to the Session Time and all other details. Each session is limited to up to 10 dancers including the Instructor as per Social Distancing and Emergency Measures currently in place in the province of Ontario.
For All Sessions at the Keltic Rock please take note of the following;
Line Dancing (and any form of singing and dancing) is NOT permitted on Patios in Ontario at this time, therefore at The Keltic Rock our sessions will be taking place in a special sectioned off space out front the restaurant.
As mentioned above ALL sessions will be limited to up to 10 dancers including the Instructor to comply with the Gathering Rules in place. After numerous discussions with Public Health and Local and Provincial Lawmakers and Enforcement, there is currently no way to have any form of dance event legally with more than 10 people. Once the gathering limit is increased we will readdress this. Therefore please ensure if your planning to attend with a group that you all purchase the same session time.
With the above in mind we have also been reminded that Spectators will Not be Allowed to gather anywhere near the dancing area. So we encourage you NOT to bring Children, Family or Friends unless they have also purchased a ticket for the same session or have a reservation for the Back Patio which will remain open on Monday evenings.
For All of our Sessions during Phase #2 of the Pandemic our Ticket/Admission Price per Session at this and Every Venue will have to be increased to include a Meal to ensure the Venue gets a minimum sale per dancer to cover their costs associated with allowing the event.
We will be offering Different Session Types depending on Instructor Availability and Participant Demands Weekly;
All Request Open Dance Sessions will allow up to 10 Dancers to Gather and Dance together for 2HRs (as indicated) to whatever songs they request. This session type will cost $15 for 2HRS however will include a $10 Value Predetermined Box Meal from the Venue (see further notes for the particular session below). This Open Dance Session will promote the dancers dancing together and remembering steps for previous dances with the help of their fellow dancers while remaining physically distant.
Our Line Dance Lesson Session which will allow up to 9 Dancers to Gather and Dance with a Line Dance Instructor for 2HRs (as indicated). In the early weeks of this program the Instructor will spend most of the time reviewing dances that we had previously been learning prior to the closures from the pandemic. This session type will cost $20 for 2HRS and will include a $10 Value Predetermined Box Meal from the Venue (see further notes for the particular session below).

During All Our Sessions Dancers Will Always Be Required to Maintain a 6ft (2M) Physical Distance from Each Other (Unless they are from the same Household or Predefined Social Bubble). We Must Enforce these Social Gathering Rules so Any Dancer or Patron found breaking these rules may be ask to leave without warning or refund.
Masks will Not be required for Dancers however they are strongly encouraged. We understand that masks may cause issues with breathing while dancing and therefore we are NOT making this a requirement. However this is why we do encourage and will enforce social distancing. We are also asking all our dancers to please wash and sanitize their hand before and after each session.
Washrooms at venues will be available for dancers.
Your will have the option of receiving and/or consuming your meal before or after your session time. Please see ticket options and further selections when purchasing your ticket for each session. Meal Options will also be available during selection and information regarding these meals can be found in the Session Particular details below.
Consumption of Food will NOT be allowed during your dance session to comply with Emergency Measures etc. So you are encouraged to eat your meal prior or after the session in your car or by making a reservation for the Patio if available.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Their will be a strict NO Cancellation or Refund Policy for ALL Ticket purchases. In the event of a Major Rainstorm (where the probability of rainfall is 60% or greater during your session time) your session will be rescheduled for the following or next available date. You will receive an email or be contacted a minimum of 4hrs prior to the session to let you know about rescheduling. See Session Specific Notes about rescheduling due to Rain. In the event a refund is ever provided it will NOT include the $10 for food which is always available and you forfeit the taxes due to processing costs. COVID-19 Precautions: Please DO NOT ATTEND or Purchase Tickets for Any Session; if your experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (dry cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, trouble breathing etc.), if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, if you have been ordered to self-isolate, if your diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone known to have been in contact or diagnosed.
In addition to this all participants are required to provide their name and contact information in order to comply with Public Health. Should within 14 days of your attendance at any of these sessions, you test positive for COVID-19 you are required to notify both the venue and New Age Country Entertainment so that we can coordinate with Public Health and the other participants.

Session Cost: $25+HST for 3HR
Session Meal Included: Your choice of 1 of the following; Chicken Cesar Wrap + Fries OR Ham and Swiss Wrap + Fries OR Veggie (Hummus) Wrap + Fries
~ Please make your selection at checkout. Meal Serving Times for this Session are Either 6:30pm (30 mins prior) or 10pm (conclusion of session).
Session Cancellation for this Venue: If we must cancel this session in advance due to rain you will receive 4 hours notice and the session will be rescheduled for the next day, Tuesday at the same time. You accept this when booking a session!
